PRICING & FEES

Clear fees. No surprises.

We are confident that our fees are fair and offer excellent value for money in respect of the level of skill and expertise of our solicitors.

How we approach fees

Before taking on any case, we will have an initial consultation with you where we will gather as much information as possible about your case so that we may allocate the most appropriate member of staff to handle your case and provide you with clear information about fee costs.

In accordance with the requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), specific pricing information is published for Debt Recovery, Employment, Immigration, Motoring Offences and Probate.

Motoring offences

Losing your driving licence can have serious consequences for home and professional life. We advise on speeding, dangerous and careless driving, drink driving, disqualified driving, and related matters — including whether you may qualify for Legal Aid.

A simple settlement without proceedings may take 1–3 months. Fast-track claims can take up to a year from issue to trial. Multi-track claims (including claims over £25,000) may settle in 2–3 months or take up to around 2 years if contested to trial. For some small claims under £10,000, even if you win, your legal costs are usually not recoverable. For £10,000–£25,000 fast-track claims, recoverable fixed costs are often less than our fees — there may be an irrecoverable shortfall.
